Footage rightsThe production owns everything it records at the property and may use it in the film, trailers, and publicity, in any media, worldwide, with no time limit.
No obligationThe production does not have to use any of the footage.
Name and signageThe property may be shown under a fictional name. Owner's business signs may be covered or removed and put back at wrap.
Changes to the propertySet dressing and temporary changes are allowed with the owner's OK. Everything is restored to its original condition at strike.
DamageThe production repairs or pays for damage it causes. Owner and location manager walk the property before prep and after strike and note condition with photos.
InsuranceProduction carries general liability insurance and gives the owner a certificate of insurance naming the owner as additional insured before prep.
IndemnityProduction covers claims arising from its own activities on the property. Attorney to review wording.
Owner's promiseThe signer has the right to grant access and no one else's permission is needed.
ReshootsIf the production needs another day within 6 months, it's at the same day rate, subject to owner availability.
Special conditionsCrusher off 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM both shoot days. Closed-toe boots. No climbing stacked cars. Crew parks inside the gate only.
